LOYALTY CARD – TERMS and CONDITIONS

AMBER HARDWARE (MAIDEN NEWTON)

We offer a Customer Loyalty Scheme in which customers can accrue points on all goods in store and can redeem the points for 10% off one single purchase when you have collected enough. 1 point is awarded for every £10.00 spent.

Loyalty Points ‘points’ are awarded on the basis of 1 point for every £10.00 spent on pet products.

  • Each Point is worth £0.01.

  • We reserve the rights to change the point value without notice.

  • You must spend at least £10.00 for that transaction to qualify for points.

  • Discretionary Points may be awarded from time to time.

  • We may award additional points on promotional items or during a specific period but we reserve the right to limit the amount of additional points that can be awarded.

  • To collect points for a transaction in-store, your card or must be presented at the checkout before purchase.

  • You must hold a valid Loyalty card to earn points.

  • When your pet purchases that have earned or have been made using points are returned for redemption we will remove the full card from you and render it redeemed by way of stamp and keep it.

  • You will then be issued with a new points card

       Redeeming Points

  • The current value of points is £0.01 for every 1 point. We reserve the rights to change the point value without notice.

  • Points may be redeemed off future purchases once you have collected sufficient points. This is currently set at 10 points.

 

  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be traded in any way.

  • We cannot retrospectively deduct points from your account.

  • No cash alternative is available.

       Membership

  • The Loyalty Card can only be used to earn and redeem points at Amber Hardware Maiden Newton Dorset.

  • The “Loyalty Scheme” is open to UK residents.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any application to the scheme at our absolute discretion.

  • By using the “Loyalty Scheme” you accept these terms and conditions.

       Loss or Theft of Card

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you card is kept secure and is not used by any unauthorised persons. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or unauthorised use of your card.

  • If you lose your card we cannot replace it or the points you have accumulated on that card.

  • Other

  • This scheme is governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, vary or alter the scheme at any time.

  • We reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time and shall give as much notice to you as reasonably practical. Earning or redeeming points will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
